Stagezone Youth Theatre

Stagezone Youth Theatre is an affordable, friendly drama group in Truro, Cornwall, for kids aged 6-18. We welcome everyone, no matter their skill level.

We have fun weekly sessions every Wednesday evening in Truro and Saturday morning in Carnon Downs. We learn singing, acting, and dancing, and we put on 2 shows each school year.

Our weekly sessions are full at present, as we are rehearsing for our upcoming show “Wonderland The Musical” in June.

Our Truro groups sessions are also full from September, but we do have a few spaces left for young people to join our Carnon Downs sessions on Saturday mornings from September, and/or take part in our upcoming workshops. For more information please click on “Contact Us”.

Wonderland The Musical – 27th & 28th June 2026

Everyone knows the story of Alice in Wonderland, and this fun musical is a modern take on this traditional story. With 36 speaking roles and lots of toe-tapping tunes, this show is going to be unforgettable. But, don’t be late, there aren’t many seats left – click below to purchase them quick!

KPOP Demon Hunters Themed Workshop – 30th August 2026

Calling all KPOP fans and aspiring demon hunters! Join us for an electrifying workshop where the worlds of KPOP and adventure collide! We will be singing and dancing and character building. Whether you are a seasoned performer or just starting your journey, this workshop is perfect for everyone. Don’t miss out on the chance to meet like-minded fans and make new friends. KPOP Demon Hunters Themed Workshop at Stagezone Youth Theatre on Sunday 30th August 2026 at Carnon Downs Village Hall from 2pm until 4pm, for young people aged 6-18. £5 per child.

Halloween Party – 25th October 2026

The Wizard of Oz – 19th & 20th June 2027

We are very excited to announce that we will be performing “The Wizard of Oz”, a musical adaptation by Tom Kirkham, on the 19th and 20th June 2027 at Chacewater Village Hall. We will be starting to rehearse and cast this brilliant show, based on the book by L. Frank Baum, from January 2027, so please do get in touch as soon as possible, if you would like your child to be involved.
